Shipping and Returns
Domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2 business days via USPS - which usually delivers within 2-3 days for most destinations within the US. Priority Mail and Overnight are available for additional charges, but please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any specific shipping requests or need your order at any specific time. We're more than happy to help accommodate rush orders, just let us know!
Unfortunately, once a package tracks with USPS as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacing if stolen or missing. If you'd like to make sure the package requires your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.
We do ship internationally and have three options:
USPS First-Class mail (flat rate $12 for Canada, $18 elsewhere), which can take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on your location,
USPS Priority Air (flat rate $40), about 7-10 days, and
Fedex (flat rate $80), 4-7 days.
International orders may take additional time to ship, so again, let us know if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate that.
Also, please understand that, due to the nature of First-Class Mail and international mail in general, it's very difficult to track your international package. If you feel that it's taking longer than it should to receive your order, contact us at email@example.com to receive your Customs number, which can sometimes be used within your country's mail system to locate your package. Priority Air and Fedex parcels are able to be tracked, so please use these services if you'd like the extra security.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.
Returns are accepted for merchandise credit on unused and unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days. We are unable to offer cash returns at this time, but merchandise credit does not expire. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return information and address. Do not ship order back without emailing us first - we will return your package. Sale merchandise is final sale.
Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or regular Payments all through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make purchases.
